Portfolio HR are currently working with the UK’s largest HR service provider who are looking for a Documentation Administrator to join their Manchester office. We are looking for a passionate and motivated candidate who is looking for a career within a corporate environment.
* Creating client documentation based on the needs of the client and the suitability of relevant policies and procedures.
* Read through client’s existing documentation checking for terms that breach Employment Law, as well as any grammatical errors.
* Liaising with clients, drafting new documents, and dealing with queries in relation to any documents.
* Management of own caseload.
* Ensuring all KPI’s/ SLA’s are met.
*Liaising with Field Consultants to deal with queries.
* Knowledge of employment law – Desirable
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Attention to detail
* Ability to prioritise workload as well as working in a fast-paced environment
* Must be proficient in all Microsoft packages
