The role consists of:
* Submitting Sales invoices via portals, SAP email system and by post when required.
* Send Statements
* Creating and managing Ageing reports to be shared within the business
* Work with internal business partners to get purchase orders from customers
* Chasing overdue payments by phone and by email
* Set up new customers in SAP
* Maintain company details tracker
* Complete supplier forms for our new customers
* Maintain customers and suppliers’ details in SAP
* Managing the bad debt provision
* Other ad-hoc duties such as the SAP internal reconciliation of the balance sheet accounts, support the assistant management accountants in preparing the activity reports templates for the following month.
Candidate Profile:
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues and external customers at all levels.
* Excel skills essential
* SAP experience desirable
* Be willing to adapt to different business scenarios
