A unique and very rare opportunity has arisen working for an exceptional business who are leaders in their field – this is a permanent role.

This company is going from strength to strength and require a candidate to lead their payroll & reward function.

Whilst this role does require candidates to be in the office – this is only on a weekly basis. A very hybrid/ remote based role.

As Head of Payroll & Reward, and as part of the senior management team, you will be responsible for:

* Leading the payroll, reward and pensions teams – 10+ employees
* Ensuring a full payroll service is delivered accurately for a high volume payroll
* You be accountable for all HMRC deadlines
* Approval of all BACS payments
* Performing salary benchmarking
* Leading & delivering on payroll related projects
* Working closely with multiple senior stakeholders
* Leading, mentoring, and managing staff members
* Delivering on best practices, streamlining & business continuity
