Our client is a quickly growing organisation within the retail industry who are seeking an experienced HR & Payroll Professional to join their HR department, assisting with the processing of an outsourced payroll and various HR duties.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Processing a payroll on a monthly basis
* Liaising with the outsourced payroll provider
* Gathering, calculating and inputting data and answering payroll queries
* HR duties including on boarding of new starters onto the new HR system, sick pay and low level disciplinaries
* New contracts, handbooks and guidelines
* Support with training sessions

Experience required-

* Exposure to both HR & payroll
* Experience with multiple HR and payroll systems
