Job Start Date: ASAP

* Manage outsourced payroll provider fully, from daily issues and resolution requests through to monthly payroll and key KPIs.
* Manage a Payroll and Time Management Analyst
* Check, process and submit BACS payments for all UK Payrolls
* Balance the Payroll figures on a monthly basis to ensure correct information is submitted to HMRC and payment over Tax/ National insurance as applicable
* Annual production and submission of P11d/P11db and payment of Class 1A NICS
* Quarterly submission of P46 (car) to HMRC
* Processing of all tax year end procedures and system updates
* Gender Pay Reporting
* Management of audit requests via internal and external stakeholders.
* Providing a payroll service to wider UK companies
* Work with external suppliers of time management to ensure system continues to be fit for purpose
