My client, a family – owned hospitality business that has an eclectic mix of award – winning restaurants, bars, traditional pubs and boutique hotels across the UK are looking to recruit a payroll and accounts assistant for a 12 month maternity cover with the view to go permanent.
The role will involve assisting the payroll manager with processing a 4 weekly employee payroll, manually calculations reconciliations and dealing with payroll queries. You will also assist accounts payable and support on the administration side (sorting invoices, managing direct debits and speaking to suppliers)
The right candidate will be friendly, confident and have good communication skills.
Hours are 9 – 5pm Monday to Friday with flexibility around hours, the role is office based and there is free parking on site. You will be entitled to 28 days annual leave (including BH), auto enrolment pension and full training.
