Exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer to join the payroll function within a Manchester City Centre based Chartered Accountants. This role with initially be on an ongoing temporary basis with a view to become a permanent position.
You will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of payroll from setting up PAYE schemes with HMRC to submitting Year End P35s and P14s.
Suitable applicants will have:
* Full start to finish payroll experience
* Up to date knowledge of current legislation
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to quickly build and maintain client relationships
* The ability to work autonomously and as part of a larger team
* Strong query resolution skills
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Excel
* Experience using Sage Payroll Software
