We are currently working with a recruitment company who are seeking a temporary Payroll Administrator to support the Payroll Manager in day to day payroll duties due to a recent system migration project.

Key responsibilities/duties include:

* Will be working alongside Payroll Manager
* Using Ngage – Not Essential
* Dealing with high amount of queries
* Processing 500 contractors – roughly 250 weekly – 250 monthly
* Adding placements
* Processing P45’s

* Reviewing expenses and processing the weekly and monthly payroll
* Dealing with timesheet/invoice/pay queries
* Processing new starters and leavers
* Dealing with all aspects of statutory payments and deductions
* Manual Tax and NI Calculations
* Processing payments by BACS
* Checking and approving payments before sending to the bank

* Need to be able to use initiative
* Good communication skills are essential
* Must be immediately available to start
* Monday to Friday 9-5.30
