Portfolio payroll are currently working with a vibrant company based in the Manchester area who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Administrator to join their team on a full time basis. Minimal experience is required, looking for someone who has a willingness to learn and sees a career within Payroll.

* Inputting data and timesheets on to our payroll system
* Answering telephone calls and emails and dealing with queries and complaints
* Contacting new employees to confirm the payroll process and answer queries
* Reporting to payroll manager
* Auto enrolment and RTI
* SSP, SMP,SPP
* Processing expenses
* Liaising with agencies
* Liaising with HMRC

Essential:

* GCSE Maths and English to grade C and above
* Attention to detail
* Someone who wants to kick start their career in payroll
* No experience required within Payroll / Minimal
* Willingness to learn
* Excellent written and verbal communication with the ability to demonstrate patience in demanding circumstances
* Excellent time keeping and management ability with the ability to prioritise workload to ensure all tasks are carried out on a daily basis and all deadlines are met
* IT Skills with competent use of word and excel
* Customer focused
