A fantastic opportunity to join a large and growing team environment and working on a broad range of pension payroll with further opportunities to be able to push forward with your payroll career and experience.

* Provide a high quality pension payroll service for clients. Ensuring all tasks – processing starters, leavers & amendments/tax code changes/ are completed accurately and the overall customer experience is positive
* All payrolls, weekly and monthly, are processed as per agreed procedures and timetables so that pensions are paid correctly and on time
* Conduct regular checks to ensure payrolls are on target and escalate any concerns which arise
* Ensure all tasks are completed to the required quality standard, minimising errors or omissions which could lead to member complaints. Identify and flag areas for improvement
* Take ownership for scheme tasks ensuring all milestones are completed within agreed timescales and to a high quality standard. Including ensuring BAU is processed as per agreed client SLA’s and procedures
* Supporting and sharing knowledge with team members to develop skills
* Ensuing customers receive a positive communication experience across all mediums (payslips & P60s)
* Diary events are actioned/processed as per agreed client deadlines and procedures
* Right First Time approach to ensure quality and a positive member experience
