We are pleased to be working with a successful multinational insurance holding company. They are seeking a driven and passionate payroll professional to join their payroll department and work closely with the payroll & benefits manager & senior payroll & benefits specialist to ensure accurate monthly payroll processing for all employees.
Key responsibilities of the role include
* Working closely with the payroll team processing UK payroll on a monthly basis
* Supporting with the processing of EMEA payrolls
* Reconcile post payroll reports
* Ensure maternity, paternity and shared parental payroll leave payment schedules are updated
* Provide support for benefits queries
Experienced required
* Strong UK technical payroll knowledge
* Knowledge of statutory entitlements
* Proactive mindset and confident working autonomously
* A keenness progress and develop payroll career
