We are currently recruiting for a payroll bureau who are seeking a Payroll professional to take responsibility for their own allocation of clients and ensure consistently excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

* Review, develop and manage client accounts
* Be the ‘go to’ subject matter expert for payroll queries
* Conduct client meetings to review payroll service and SLA’s
* Procedures, Training notes and Quality procedures as appropriate.
* Be a team and department contact for payroll issues

Experience required:

* Extensive payroll experience
* Happy in a customer facing role
