An exciting time to join this organisation as a Payroll and Benefits Co-ordinator to take ownership of a monthly UK payroll but also liaise and build relationships with benefits providers.
The primary responsibilities include full service payroll processing in an outsourcing format. You will manage and evaluate operational processes and procedures, develop recommendations and drive process standardization and improved controls ensuring process effectiveness and efficiencies for payroll.
As a Payroll Specialist you must be a payroll expert and a client advocate with an ability to think “outside the box” to problem solve for the business.
This role would also take a key role in the implementation of a new payroll system – looking at data migration, parallel runs and process efficiencies.
