Excellent opportunity for a Payroll/HR Administrator to join a HR company based in Manchester city centre. This an excellent opportunity for someone who has had exposure to both HR and Payroll at administrative level.
Key responsibilities include:
* Processing payroll data
* Salary amendments
* Calculation statuary deductions
* Processing starters and leavers
* To administer and maintain HR processes
* To be responsible for processing invoices, payroll administration and electronic file maintenance
* To run basic reports and collate KPI data onto excel
* To record, maintain and produce relevant statistical information and assist in the production of key performance indicators.
* Experience with Payroll administration
* Experience with HR administration
* Excellent organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Strong on excel including basic formulas
* Excellent time management skills
