We have a great HR and Payroll Assistant role for a switched on and friendly candidate to join a collaborative team environment.
Working for a growing hospitality client in the heart of London with great plans and an culture. This HR and Payroll Assistant is focused on Payroll, Benefits and Data side of HR. You will have excellent exposure, working with a small HR team, with lots of variety. This role is very important for them. They are looking for a numerate candidate, who has a natural curiosity, as well as excellent attention to detail.
As the HR and Payroll Assistant you will be dealing with inputting data to the Payroll and HR, ensuring this is up to date every month, liaising with providers, running reports and analysing. The HR and Payroll Assistant will be recording Paternity and Maternity leave, as well as Holiday and helping the other within the wider HR team.
Candidates must have exposure within a payroll environment, with strong Excel skills, as well as experience of dealing with complex payroll queries. They are looking for someone switched on, friendly, with a real team mentality – with a professional approach as there is a great deal of confidentiality in this role.
* Process payroll to ensure the finance team can make payments on time
* Ensure all pension details are input correctly
* Collect all documents and complete Right to Work checks
* Collect referencing information
* Process and log holidays, sick leave etc
