Payroll & Benefits Administrator to join a Sports and Leisure establishment to work collaboratively with the Payroll & Benefits Manager in processing their UK and International payroll as well as administering their benefits The chosen candidate will be required to have previous Pay & Bens experience as well as ad hoc HR duties.
Day to day responsibilities will include
The chosen candidate will be responsible for the following;
* Processing payroll from start to finish.
* Knowledge of payment and deduction types including statutory payments/deductions.
* Processing starters and leavers and issuing P45.
* Maintain payroll documentation in line with GDPR requirements
* Submitting RTI information via an FPS and dealing with HMRC when queries arise.
* Resolving all pay queries.
