We are currently representing a global professional services organisation who are looking to hire a Payroll & Benefits Advisor on a permanent, full time basis.
Reporting into the Senior Reward Manager, this role will oversee a payroll administrator and will take responsibility for managing all elements of the UK payroll.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing the inhouse UK payroll, processed on a monthly basis
* Day to day support and supervision of the payroll assistant
* Month and year end processing duties
* Assisting the Reward Manager in overseeing global benefits
* Harmonisation and modernisation of benefits
* Auto enrolment pension management
Experience required:
* Excellent inhouse UK payroll & benefit experience
* Strong Excel skills
* Experience of working within a professional services environment
This role is on a hybrid working basis, with 3 days in the London office & 2 days working from home.
