A financial services business, based in the heart of London, is currently recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Manager on a permanent basis.
This role will take full responsibility for the payroll function.
As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Start to finish processing for a monthly UK payroll
* Ensuring all statutory deductions are made accurately and on time, HMRC submissions, all year end
* Responsible for a small expatriate payroll with support from a third party
* Resolving any payroll related queries
* Supporting with a payroll software update/ implementation
* Liaising with benefit providers
* Negotiating on new benefits and renewals
* Resolving benefit queries
* Managing one Payroll Specialist
