A sole Payroll & Benefits Manager is urgently being recruited for a local business who has offices across the UK. This role will be based in their Leicester office.
Reporting into HR, the Payroll & Benefits Manager will be responsible for processing an in-house payroll for c600 employees; this will include administering all statutory deductions, processing P11Ds and RTI submissions and ensuring all internal and 3rd party legislation compliance. You will deal with all payroll & benefits related queries and resolve these quickly & professionally.
The Payroll & Benefits Manager will manage all year end procedures in accordance to all legislative requirements.
The Payroll & Benefits Manager will also be responsible for managing the company benefit schemes which will include pension, private medical and life assurance.
