We are partnered with a well-recognised, exciting retail brand who are looking to bring on an experienced Payroll & Benefits professional to take responsibility for overseeing their multi-sited payroll function.
This role will report into HR and will work solely to manage the day-to-day delivery of the payroll, ensuring that an efficient and timely service is provided.
* Working in collaboration with the Head of HR to maintain and develop employee benefits
* Oversee UK and ROI payroll across multiple sites (weekly & monthly)
* Completion of forms required by HMRC – starter checklist, P46, P45s, P60s, P11D etc
* Ensure the payroll & HR system is updated
* Act as a first point of contact for payroll queries
* Responsible for monthly submissions of contributions to pension providers
* extensive payroll and benefits experience
* Confident in taking full ownership of a payroll function
* Previous experience within a sole role
* A keen eye for detail
