We are partnered with an organisation in the Insurance industry who are seeking a professional and experienced Payroll Controller join their team, supporting the Payroll Manager in running the day to day operations of the team.

Responsibilities include:

* Support with ensuring payroll for 4,500 employees is processed accurately and on time
* Supervise and support the payroll administrators
* Identifying training requirements
* Submission of HMRC RTI reporting
* Complete P11d reporting
* Being a key point of contact for payroll queries
* Calculating adjustments as required
* Check calculations
* Process company benefit reports

Experience required:

* Strong UK, inhouse payroll experience
* Proven experience in a similar role at supervisor level
* Strong leadership skills
* Strong excel skills
* Comfortable working in a high volume & fast paced payroll environment

This is a permanent, full time role, offering flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.
