We are partnered with a Global Law Firm currently seeking a permanent, full time Payroll Coordinator to join their small and collaborative team based in London.
Reporting into the Payroll Manager this role will support in payroll activities across London, Milan and Madrid.
Key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
* Processing UK payroll using ADP
* Monthly data input
* Assist with flexible benefit reconciliation
* Monthly management of auto enrolment
* Reconciliation of payroll control accounts
* Preparation of expenses and accounting for Milan and preparation of the Madrid payroll
* Extensive UK payroll and accounts experience
* Experience within a professional services background is highly desirable
* ADP experience desirable
* CIPP qualification is highly desirable
