A newly created role is currently being recruited for a growing accountancy practice based in London.

Through organic growth and acquisition, there is a need for a Payroll Manager to join them to manage a team and drive the payroll function forward.

Key responsibilities will be:

* Managing a small team which consists of Payroll Seniors and Payroll Administrators
* Ownership of more complex clients payrolls
* Responsibility for allocation of work across the team
* Billing of clients and associated invoicing
* Drive department forward
* Improve processes and suggest positive recommendations

This role will require candidates to have worked within client payrolls previously and have proven staff management experience.
