Urgent requirement for an experienced Payroll Manager to cover sickness within the department of a city centre organisation.

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for the management of the company’s international outsourced Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

* Management of the outsourced Payroll for the UK and US Payrolls
* Accurate inputting on employee data and hours to excel
* Calculation on pension, 401ks and commissions
* Checking and amending returned information from international bureaus
* Responding to employee queries relating to pay

Required Experience:

* Previous experience managing an outsourced payroll
* Experience managing an USA Payroll beneficial, but not essential
* Excellent attention to detail
* Good UK Payroll legislation knowledge
* Strong Excel Skills
* Experience efficiently managing payroll queries.
