Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager who join their team on an interim basis

Duties include;

* Processing payroll for multi-sited and head office payroll on a monthly basis
* Managing team of 3
* Manage the payment of salaries to all colleagues in an accurate, timely and efficient manner
* Identify and drive efficiencies within the payroll processes
* Manage the running of all pension schemes for colleagues
* Manage the reporting for payment of all taxes
* Lead on liaison with HMRC
* Manage the third party providers of benefits; Healthcare, Reward Gateway, Childcare Vouchers, EAP, Eye care and Car fleet
* Control payroll costs in line with budgeted forecasts, alongside Finance department
