We are working with our client based in the Wakefield area to support in the recruitment of an experienced Payroll Manager, this is standalone position, working on an inhouse payroll, this is a very manual payroll -, 3 payrolls including a T&A payroll. Need to be technically very competent, possess the ability to really unpick a payroll and resolve any issues. The payroll is currently outsourced, the role will over see the outsource providers but still requires the full end to end knowledge and ability to do manual calculations and perform a Gross to net payroll function.
Responsibilities
Processing 3 payrolls of varying sizes and cycles and submission to outsource provider
Working across the business to provide a first class payroll service
Providing excellent customer service
Full end to end payroll processing, gross to net calculations
Year end responsibilities, supporting the processing of P11Ds and ubmissions including HMRC, RTI and BACS
The person
Experienced Payroll Officer, Administrator
Full end to end payroll experience, manual calculations and comprehensive payroll legislation knowledge
Standalone experience would be an advantage
