We are currently working with our Wrexham-based client to recruit a Senior Payroll manager to strengthen and support a multi-sited payroll team. This is an exciting time for a global business, and industry leader and they are going through growth and expansion. As Payroll Manager, you will be supporting the business in all payroll-related activities, including process improvements and workforce planning as well as any escalated queries.
Responsibilities:
* Full end-to-end payroll processing experience and comprehensive knowledge of all UK payroll legislation.
* Manipulation of data within Excel, V-Look ups and Pivot tables.
* Day-to-day management of a multi-sited payroll team.
* Process improvement and developing a consistent payroll strategy.
* Year-end processes include the preparation of P11Ds and HMRC submissions.
The person:
* Experienced Payroll Manager, with man-management experience.
* Fully experienced end-to-end payroller.
* Previous Payroll Management experience.
* A manufacturing background would be an advantage.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Experience in Liaising with Key Stakeholders.
