We are working with an Educational body based in Luton, currently seeking a permanent, full time Payroll Manager.
As the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for multiple different payrolls on a monthly basis – overseeing all statutory deductions, HMRC submissions and year-end.
Additionally, you will prepare BACS files ready for payment resolving any escalated payroll related queries; be responsible for multiple different pension schemes available at the organisation.
The Payroll Manager will manage and motivate staff within the payroll team on a daily basis and work with team to identify areas of training and development.
In order to be considered for this role, you must have some people management experience within a payroll environment. This is a perfect role for someone currently in a Payroll Supervisor level role looking for that next step up with the support of an experienced payroll team.
