Our client is a successful and quickly growing organisation who are seeking a collaborative and knowledgeable Payroll Manager to join their growing team.

This role will report into the Finance Director and will work alongside another Payroll Manager to effectively manage the team and ongoing payroll projects.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

* Lead and develop the team
* Oversee weekly and monthly processing of multiple UK payrolls
* Ensure payroll information is submitted to 3rd party payroll provider and ensure accurate and timely processing
* Continuous improvement and system implementation/project management
* Play a key part in a major payroll project
* Escalation points for queries

Experience required:

* Experience in a similar role as a Payroll Manager
* Excellent people management skills
* Previous experience with payroll projects or system implementations

This role offers 1 day per week working from home.
