Job Summary
Portfolio Payroll are currently working with a large service provider in Leeds, Yorkshire who are currently recruiting for a Payroll Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for the payroll for the group.
Key Duties/Tasks:
* Managing a small team
* Process on a pay monthly basis
* Proactively initiating, consulting and implementing procedures to ensure that payrolls are processed accurately
* Dealing with HMRC and keeping in line with all current legislation
* Payroll Reconciliation
* Producing reports for senior management
* Some overtime and bonus’s
* Project work
Desirable skills and attributes:
* Payroll experience as a Payroll manager or in a Senior sole Payroll position
* Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
* Experience of processing payroll accurately and at senior levels with discretion
* Experience of Automation, continuous improvement, process implementation
