We are working with a London based media organisation currently seeking a commercial and dynamic Payroll Manager.
This role report into the Head of People Operations and will lead on payroll delivery and necessary transformation projects.
Key responsibilities of the role include-
* Oversee processing of multiple inhouse and complex payrolls
* Streamlining of payroll and pensions processes
* Ensure tax and pension compliance
* Stakeholder management
* Assist with transformation projects and new system implementations
* Coach and manage the payroll controller, overseeing and checking of work
Experienced required –
* People Management experience within a payroll function
* Exposure to payroll projects/system implementations
* Pension experience
* ADP experience is highly desirable
* Experience with multiple and complex payrolls
This is a hybrid role – 3 days per week in the office, 2 days working from home.
