Job Summary
We are working with our client based in the heart of Cheshire to recruit for an experienced Payroll Officer, working on an end to submission to the outsource provider in a small team processing both monthly and weekly payrolls. As a Payroll Officer this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an established payroll team with high volume on both weekly and monthly.
Key Duties/Tasks:
* Processing end to submission to the payroll bureau
* Processing holidays 7 Sickness in line with contractual agreements
* Processing of payrolls and processing payments outside of payrolls
* Calculation and application of standard deductions
* Providing a 1st class service to colleagues, and dealing with queries via telephone and email
Desirable skills and attributes:
* Previous end to end payroll experience
* Experience liaising with 3rd party vendors
* Customer service driven
* Confident with Excel
