Worcester with travel to North Somerset

* We are currently recruiting for a large and established payroll services provider who are seeking an experienced and proactive Payroll Operations Manager to manage payroll services based in Worcester and North Somerset.
* This role will be remote temporarily and will require future travel to North Somerset and other locations around the UK.
* This role will be responsible for overseeing efficient payroll delivery for multiple clients using iTrent and ensuring the provision of excellent service delivery through continuous improvement. The Payroll Operations manager will oversee 25 payroll employees across 2 offices.
* Other duties include developing, implementing and maintain processes and procedures in order to improve efficiency and meet changing legislative requirements. Working as part of the management team to develop strategy, planning, budget and performance management.
* Support the operation and development of the HR and Payroll system (iTrent), utilising system processes to streamline processes. Responsible for continuous improvement and pushing the payroll department forward.
* Working hours are 37 hours a week with 25 days annual leave + competitive benefits package.
* The successful candidate will have strong team management experience, as well as experience in projects, implementations and continuous improvement. Experience with iTrent is desirable.
