We are currently recruiting for a well known Security company who are looking to hire someone on a temporary basis to start a role working as a payroll specialist. Reporting to the Payroll Manager

Team of 6

* Collating and exporting payroll data
* Month end reports and KPI’S for the Directors.
* Processing advance payments manually by BACS/CHAPS.
* Responsible for running start to finish payrolls
* Monthly and fortnightly paid employees
* Following strict deadlines for both UK and Irish Clients.
* Liaising directly with Managers and employees directly daily to support
* Handle general payroll, Tax, NI and Pension queries
* Queries both face to face and over the phone.
* Responsible for benefit scheme administration including
* Childcare vouchers, cycle to work and pension schemes.
* Assisting with the Irish Payroll process
* Using ROS to retrieve and submit employee information.
* Processing starters and leavers with attention to detail.
