Our client is an experienced Payroll Specialist to join their team

Duties include;

* Start to finish processing

* Clear understanding of all elements of pay including PAYE
* NI, student loans and fully conversant with settlement agreements
* SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP & SShPL
* Provide Company Sick Pay and Statutory Sick Pay calculations

* Season tickets loans are processed and payroll deductions are made

* Checking output against data for accuracy

* Ability to perform full gross to net manual payroll calculations

* Dealing with high volumes

* Hands on manual calculations with sickness and any statutory payments

* Payroll legislation knowledge

* Experience in dealing with different benefits such as salary sacrifices and share schemes

* Knowledge in moving payroll providers and implementations
