We are working with a leading company in their field who are looking to hire an experienced, organised and structures Payroll Specialist.
Reporting into the HR Business Partner, this position will work solely to coordinate and process multiple global payrolls.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
* Liaising with the payroll provider
* Checking calculations and data
* Processing payroll for 450 employees across multiple global locations on a monthly basis
* Lead investigation processes with the payroll provider on necessary issues
* MI reporting and headcount analysis
* Provide regular ad-hoc reports on payroll data
Experienced required:
* Extensive payroll experience in a multi-country environment
* Prior experience of working within a sole role or a small team environment
* Self sufficient approach and problem solving mindset
* Able to juggle multiple deadlines
