Our client who are well known within their field are now seeking a committed and experienced Payroll specialist who has strong end-to-end payroll experience. Ideally, the ideal candidate can hit the ground running and be a vital part of the payroll team. Initially, the role will start on a temporary ongoing basis
Job details:
* Processing high-volume end-to-end payrolls.
* Set up new starters, ensuring the correct documentation is received to comply with Home Office legislation.
* Inputting and adjusting hours where necessary.
* Recording and calculating SSP. SMP, SSP SHPP etc.
* Changing tax codes, bank details, addresses etc. Terminating employees-sending out P45s.
* Filing input in employees’ personal payroll files.
* Answering correspondence on a weekly basis.
* Dealing with the external agencies i.e. Tax Office, DSS, Contributions Agency, Banks.
* Dealing with internal customers i.e. Employees, Branch Administrators, General Managers etc.
