At Portfolio Payroll we are currently partnering with a Charity organisation based in Grantham, who are looking to hire an experienced Payroll Supervisor or Payroll Manager, on a full time, permanent basis! The role itself is offers experienced managers the opportunity to lead and develop a team of administrators, whilst maintaining processing responsibility for the complex elements of the payroll, within a warm and friendly environment. A sample of the duties include:
* Providing in-house pay support for the business and its associated subsidiaries
* Ensure the smooth running of the payroll department and oversee the end to end payroll process ensuring a high level of accuracy
* Responsible for quality checking, task completion monitoring, investigating any discrepancies whilst maintaining excellent customer service and be an advocate for continuous improvement.
* Process improvement responsibility and deliverance
