We are partnered with a leading organisation in their field who are seeking a hands-on and experienced Payroll Team Leader to join their team on an interim Temporary basis.
Responsibilities include but will be limited to:
* Lead and coordinate the end to payroll operations.
* Provide support to the head of payroll.
* Oversee a medium-sized team.
* Support and develop the team.
* Ensure delivery of payroll services to clients.
* Support with complex payroll queries.
Experience required:
* Extensive people management experience.
* Experience in managing a client’s payroll.
This position offers the flexibility of remote working, with the expectation to travel to the office 1-2 days a week.
