You will guide customers through the implementation process, offering training, best practice insights, and configuring payroll software to meet both statutory requirements and client needs. Additionally, you will update and maintain payroll system configurations and conduct system audits. Key Responsibilities * Communicate with clients to gather, summarize, and clarify necessary information and data * Configure and test payroll accounts to meet customer specifications * Conduct payroll parallel runs and liaise with clients as needed * Create tailored report packages for customers, including payroll journals * Perform system audits as required to ensure payroll compliance * Provide support for payroll system updates, including modifying account establishments * Adhere to information security policies and GDPR protocols * Offer general data and administrative support as needed * Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products * Skills and Experience Required What you ideally have: * Proven experience in payroll within a high-paced environment, managing end-to-end payroll processes * Experience with payroll parallel runs, identifying and resolving discrepancies between payrolls * Current knowledge of payroll and pension regulations * Familiarity with computerized payroll systems and implementation processes, including system configuration * Strong understanding of payroll-related compliance and audits * Demonstrated project management abilities * Capacity to manage multiple customer payroll configurations * Capability to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients * Exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Strong data management and analysis capabilities with a keen eye for detail * Aptitude to comprehend and interpret client requirements * Self-motivated with excellent organizational skillsWillingness to travel within the UK occasionally 48240BRINDPAYN
