Your Key Responsibilities:Internal Audit: * Design, oversee, and deliver the Internal Audit programme. * Partner with the CFO to identify, assess, and manage financial risks effectively. * Ensure timely action plans are implemented to mitigate identified risks. Control Testing: * Conduct detailed walkthroughs and testing of financial controls to assess operational effectiveness. * Collaborate with teams across the business to provide actionable feedback on existing processes. Financial Controls Development: * Partner with control owners to strengthen internal controls and document processes. * Proactively identify gaps and implement additional controls as needed. Risk Reporting: * Deliver clear, regular updates to senior stakeholders on control effectiveness and risk management. * Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business strategy and improve operations.
