Advert description:An exciting opportunity has come up for an experienced HR & Reward Manager to join a national organisation with over 1900 employees based in Northampton. The successful candidate will form part of the Senior HR team to establish best HR practices and procedures, as well as overseeing all compensation and benefits practices to attract and retain high-quality employees. Key Responsibilities: HR Services: * The role is accountable for ensuring efficient and effective administration and support processes to compliment all stages of the employee life cycle, with a major focus on continually improving delivery and customer service. A full review of all processes, policies and documentation is required to ensure they are fit for * The delivery of a new integrated HCM system is currently in process, with Phase 1 (HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Succession, Performance Management & Compensation) completed in 2022. Phase 2 is currently underway with Recruitment, Onboarding, Learning & Development & Benefits going live during 2023. A key deliverable of the role will be to ensure the new system delivers streamlined processes to the business, and a step change in data reporting, analysis and provision of Management * This position will also act as HR Manager for all Northampton related HR activities.
