As a Payroll administrator, you will be responsible for: * Support the payroll function, ensuring the high-volume payroll of 5000+ and benefit packages are being processed accurately and all staff are paid on-time. * Working alongside the Payroll Controller and Manager to advise on any escalated queries / problems that occur. * Answering queries and assisting with the full payroll administration from start to finish. * Calculating adjustments and checking calculations. * Ensuring all statutory payments are made correctly whilst completing manual calculations; SSP, SMP. Personal Attributes * Comfortable of a high-volume payroll processing. (Preferably from a Bureau background). * Experience of processing manual calculations, SSP & SMP. * Payroll administration/processing experience (ideally exposure to a start to finish).
