Our client is seeking an experienced Clients Payroll Administrator to join their busy team Duties include;Key responsibilities: * Accurate processing of client payrolls across weekly, monthly, quarterly pay cycles * Setting up PAYE schemes with HMRC * Maintaining and updating client and employee permanent changes * Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required * Knowledgeable in the administration of auto enrolment pensions via payroll * Working in a team working with multiple clients payrolls * Processing payrolls from start to finish on a weekly, fortnightly and monthly basis * Dealing with client payroll and system queries * Processing SMP, SSP and any other stator payments * Setting up new PAYE schemes and liaising with the HMRC * Ensure the accurate and timely delivery of client payrolls * Undertake general administrative duties and work collaboratively within the payroll team * Responsible for effectively communicating with clients, offices, HMRC and third-party providers * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * The person will need to be able to hit the road running and ideally be confident in payroll transfers and end to end processing * Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting tight deadlines You will have; * Minimum of 2 years payroll experience work experience ideally within a bureau/practice environment * Ability to process payrolls from start to finish * Strong payroll legislation knowledge * Strong IT skills including MS Office and databases * Experience of various pension providers * Ability to build relationships * Ability to work to tight deadlines * Self -motivated and able to work under minimal supervision * Excellent customer care skills If you have worked within a high-volume payroll department previously and have all of the above, then please apply now. 48036SBINDPAY
