Our client is seeking an experienced Clients Payroll Specialist to join their busy and growing team
Duties include;

* Processing high volume clients’ payrolls in a team
* Looking after own client base – weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls
* Processing payrolls from start to finish including manual calculations
* Dealing with queries for SMP, SSP, TAX & NI
* Setting up of new PAYE schemes
* System set-up of new payrolls
* Processing starters and leavers
* Administration of all statutory payments
* Processing pro rata calculations
* Dealing with manual tax, national insurance, and statutory payment calculations
* Dealing with RTI reporting
* Responding to client and HMRC queries
* Administration of Auto Enrolment for pensions
* Setting up, calculating, and processing any furlough related payments and claims
* Setting up, calculating, and processing any payments and claims, in relation to future government support schemes
* Any other payroll duties including administration and client requests
