You will be responsible for maintenance of all HR data and records as well as the following duties: * Developing job descriptions and person specifications. * Full recruitment from start to finish. * Data reporting. * Managing the HR inbox * Supporting and leading formal meetings, such as disciplinary, grievances and flexible working. * Advise employees and managers on HR related queries. Successful candidates must have HR experience and advanced Excel skills.
