Highlights from the 2022 Salary Survey
14% of payroll professionals, almost double the volume in 2019, have rated that they were very dissatisfied or dissatisfied with their salary.
60% of Payrollers desire ‘Personal Incentives’ as part of their benefits
package, with 42% also wanting Over-Time Pay.
In August 2021, 42% of Payroll professionals were still working 100% remotely.
At the time of our survey, 40% of Payrollers were looking for a new opportunity / will be within 6-months.
