Our client is seeking a Junior Payroll Administrator to join their team
Duties include;
* Collating all information and documentation required for weekly and monthly payroll processing
* Inputting bank details with accuracy and attention to detail
* Being the first point of contact for internal payroll queries
* Responsible for answering queries on our helpdesk
* Processing starters and leavers admin and pension administration
* Setting up new PAYE schemes
* Completing tax forms and sending out P45s
* Any other general payroll administration duties
* Delivering excellent customer service
You will have;
* Previous experience in a payroll environment
* Good computer literacy including MS Office
* Good numerical skills and a logical approach to problem solving
* Good level of education in Maths and English
* Good customer service skills, including verbal and written experience
* Good excel skills
