Payroll Lead

Portfolio Payroll are working with an established insurance company who are looking to appoint a Payroll Lead. The ideal candidate is a Payroll Specialist with ability to manage end to end processes and utilise technical systems to assist in this role. Excitingly, the role is based for the Manchester office on a hybrid basis.

Role Duties

* Process all monthly payroll information for 2500 employees including starters, leavers and amendments
* Full end to end payroll for clients
* Utilising technical systems such as Cascade
* SMP, SSP, P45 and P60
* Process and monitor all weekly payroll and ensure accurate data is inputted into systems
* HR Responsibilities
* Answering queries

Candidate Criteria

* Previous experience in processing payroll in at a high volume environment
* Cascade system is desirable
* Understanding of legislation and pension processes
* Strong team player
* Dedication to work
* Accuracy and good verbal communication skills
* Strong team player
