Payroll Manager working for a prestigious organisation to be responsible for delivering all Payroll processes across multiple payrolls within the UK and Ireland, working in collaboration with HR & various stakeholders.

As Payroll Manager will be reporting into the Head of HR and will oversee a small payroll team.

Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

* Work within the HRSS function, overseeing operational payroll activities for multiple brands
* Continued review and assessment of payroll processes and procedures
* Work closely with the benefits manager
* Processing annual P11Ds
* Processing PSAs
* Lead, manage and supervise the payroll team daily
* Support on budgeting

Experience required:

* Extensive experience within a fast paced, complex payroll environment – ideally retail/hospitality
* Strong people management experience
* Confident with in-house payroll
* Able to confidentially liaise with senior stakeholders
